Unified User Agreement for St James Park App

Welcome to the St James Park App. This service is provided by Joel Castro ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy, liability waiver, community guidelines, and end-user license agreement (EULA) govern our relationship with you in relation to this app/service.

Terms of Service

Usage Rules:

• Users can post content but must ensure it is not harmful, disrespectful, or in violation of any laws. Peace and appropriateness must be maintained at all times.
• Users are responsible for securing their own accounts.

Account Management:

• Users can delete their accounts at any time, which will result in the deletion of all associated data.

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate services for any reason, without notice, at any time. Changes come into effect immediately upon publication.

• Any legal disputes will be handled by arbitration.

Liability Waiver

• Users assume all risks associated with using the service, including interactions with other users.

Limitation of Liability:

• Joel Castro is not liable for any incidents stemming from the use of the service.

Indemnification:

• Users agree to indemnify Joel Castro against all types of claims.

Safety Guidelines and Community Standards

Behavior Expectations:

• Respectful conversation is expected at all times. Physical contact during conversations is prohibited.

Safety Protocols:

• Users should meet in public spaces and avoid isolated areas. The app provides an emergency feature allowing users to leave conversations, block users, and report inappropriate behavior.

Reporting and Consequences:

• Inappropriate behavior should be reported after the conversation has ended. Violations may result in temporary suspension from the app.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Upon agreeing to these terms, Joel Castro grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the St James Park App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Restrictions:

• You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the application or make the application available to any third party.

User-Generated Content:

• Users retain copyright and any other rights they already hold in content which they submit, post, or display on or through the application. However, by submitting, posting, or displaying the content, users give Joel Castro a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute any content which the user submits, posts, or displays on or through the application.

Modifications to Application:

• Joel Castro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination:

• This agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Joel Castro. Joel Castro may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this agreement with or without prior notice.

Severability:

• If any provision of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to this Agreement:

• Joel Castro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

• Users will be notified of changes within the app and must agree to new terms before continuing to use the service.
