Real-World Interaction Agreement for St James Park App

This Real-World Interaction Agreement ("Agreement") is a supplemental document to the Unified User Agreement for the St James Park App. It governs your participation in any real-world interactions or games facilitated by the St James Park App ("App"). By participating in these activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to the existing terms of service, privacy policy, liability waiver, community guidelines, and end-user license agreement (EULA).

Assumption of Risk

Participation in real-world games or interactions may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, distress, contact with other participants, and the effects of weather such as heat, cold, humidity, and traffic.

You acknowledge and agree that your participation in any game or interaction is voluntary and at your own risk. You are aware of the potential dangers and have taken necessary precautions.

Rules of Conduct

• You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful to all participants, observers, and the general public. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating.
• Harassment, threatening behavior, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited. Any such conduct will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the App.
• Physical Contact Prohibition: During the course of the game or interaction, any form of physical contact between participants is strictly prohibited. Participants must maintain a safe distance from one another in accordance with the rules of the game and any applicable public health guidelines. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate disqualification and potential removal from the App.

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joel Castro shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from your participation in the real-world interactions or games.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joel Castro from any and all claims arising from your participation.

Emergency Situations

In case of an emergency, you should seek immediate assistance from local authorities or medical professionals. The App is not a substitute for emergency services.

Consent to Media Use

You agree that any photos, videos, or other content captured during the game or interaction may be used by Joel Castro for promotional purposes or in any media format.

Termination of Participation

Joel Castro reserves the right to terminate your participation in any game or interaction for violations of this Agreement, misconduct, or safety concerns, without prior notice.

Acknowledgment

By agreeing to this document, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above. You are aware that this agreement releases Joel Castro from any liability related to your participation in real-world interactions or games facilitated by the App.
